Refund policy

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We offer a 30-day exchange policy from the date of purchase, where you are eligible to exchange the item or receive a store credit, less return shipping cost.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost of the exchanged item (unless faulty). 

The product being exchanged must be unused and returned in its original packaging. 
If the product you are exchanging arrives without its original packaging, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your exchange.
 
CAN I GET A REFUND? 
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we do offer a refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, with the return shipping at our cost. You can find more information about the consumer rights and guarantees contained in the Australian Consumer Law here.

Please choose carefully as unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
